"Both floors Ac didn’t work properly and kitchen ceiling leaking constantly from upstairs bathrooms and part of ceiling dropped in kitchen , hot tub didn’t heat, kitchen sink leaking, stained couches , floor not cleaned Overall poorly maintained property but the service was okay, they did come drop off an ac unit for the bottom floor but overall we are not satisfied at all"

"Overall the maintenance of this house was extremely poor. I would not recommend it for families or those with young kids. It is probably great for a frat party as they will not care what you do to this home given that it is already mostly trashed.It was definitely not worth the price point.More than half of the days we did not have hot water.There was a rat in the kitchen on our second to last day. We trapped it. No one from their team came to dispose of it despite being told someone would...

"We had a really nice time at the house! Plenty of space for everyone. The kids had fun with the entertainment available in the house. There were some minor hiccups, but AK was very responsive and ensured everything was good. We would definitely stay here again."

"first I want to start saying that the house is not secluded like the title says, there are a lot of neighbors near the house and they even complaint about my group saying we were loud and recorded us.. so where’s the privacy?.. I also want to say that when I first rented the property it didn’t have restriction on noise in the description, he added a lot of rules to the description after I couldn’t cancel it anymore.. the pool in the house is very deep (I didn’t see that in the description) so...
