8.2/10 Very Good! (1,274 reviews)
This was a wonderful hotel to stay in, clean, comfortable beds, lighting for work and leisure, The only thing that marred my trip was that I didn't call them after I made the expedia reservation to ask to be put on the first floor, there was no mention of an elevator in amenities. Since I was on the 2nd floor, it meant climbing a substantial staircase. I was not alone, I saw other seniors struggle with the stairs. There is an"elevator" that probably checks the box for ADA purposes, but it is a "lift" and requires a staffperson to go upstairs and ready it, then unlock it downstairs. I never found out if there was a way to take it from upstairs without the necessity of a staff. When you get upstairs, there is a ramp to the hallway over the existing stairs.
The hotel is really great, it seems like this would, however costly, be a desired option to have a real elevator that doesn't require someone who isn't exactly handicapped, but stair-challenged to have all this help. I will try to stay here again, but I will never accept a 2nd floor room. Not sure if they can promise that when you reserve a room, but I will try. The hotel is worth it.
Lovely pool and hot tub outside, I didn't have time to utilize.
