“The cottage was pristine, we felt like we were the first guests. It is a spacious, comfortable and stylish property and the owner’s attention to detail is second to none. Large beds and great showers. Very quiet at night so we slept well. Large private garden. Warcop is a lovely village with good walks along the river & streams. The Chamley Arms around the corner was very welcoming but we just missed out on being able to eat there as they are starting serving meals in July. However we……

“We loved our stay in this spacious cottage in a picturesque setting. There is all the appliances you need, including a washer/dryer. The location is excellent for the many hikes in the area.”

“The accommodation was very impressive, extremely well equipped and immaculately clean with lovely extra's of snacks and freshly baked bread. The Alexa system was so easy to use and the shower was lovely.The only downside was that the deposit taken the day before arrival was more than the booking, so looking forward to getting that back a.s.a.p. and the twin beds were a bit smaller than a normal single bed. I would highly recommend this property to others as it is high quality accommodation.”

“Perfect stay for our holiday, great location for accessing both pennines and dales. House was great, really well kitted out and comfortable. Host was amazing, perfect comms, and immediate replies when we contacted her. Would happily recommend, and stay again if we return to the area.”

“It was a cute little bolt hole. We are however tall & it’s very low ceilings and doors so had to duck everywhere. Reasonably well equipped. Very comfortable bed. Some cobwebs between beams & in windows which we used a duster to move those above the bed. The bushes by the main entrance could also do with a trim as encroach on the door way when passing through.Some teas, coffees, biscuits and fresh milk was a nice touch as well as the a little freezer with the fridge. Easy to park in little car……
