"Very convenient location, near Forio port. Quite noisy, but the windows block most of the noise. The room was super dated with furniture from the ‘70’s. Same with the bar area.
The garden is nice with two thermal water pools, plus there’s a warm indoor pool. They have mud treatments and many other treatments in the spa area.

"All the family were very hospitable. They even carried our heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs.
Breakfast was excellent. They introduced us to the Ischian cornetto- an extra special pastry that combines brioche and a croissant.
Bedroom was spacious but on a noisy road and bed was rather firm but ok for a few nights.
Basic accommodation only 10mins to the port on a bus. "

"The hotel is average at best
Room didn’t have water or trash can. It was very basic

Breakfast was ok but it starts at 8 am! I have never seen a hotel starts breakfast that late!
You have to ask for milk as they don’t leave it outside! So everyday I put cereal and ask for milk!

"It was a decent place to lay your head at especially for the price.The rooms were hot and stuffy, only one fan per room and certain people would hog it up for themselves. The staff was nice when I checked in but after that, there was no communication really. That didn’t bother me bc I keep to myself but I did notice the difference. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was warm and professional, but I want to especially recognize Gennaro, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. His attention to detail, thoughtful recommendations, and genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome and well cared for.

"A glorious resort and thermal spa in the charming town of Lacco Ameno, 10 minutes walk from the public beach and with several excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk. Staff is wonderful, the thermal pools varied and very restorative and our room was large and comfortable. My only criticism would be our tiny tiny shower cubicle but otherwise our five days there were great."
