We arrived cause I was riding the grass roots gravel bike ride. When we checked in they said they had no hot water and could not say when it would be back on they knew damn well it was not coming and they could do nothing for us since we booked through hotel.com so we thought it will come back. Get to our room and it was hot like 80degrees and we thought it is afternoon sun coming in so we turned on air and left for dinner and concert got back still 86 degrees nothing they could do they had the windows cracked so that should of told us they knew damn well the air was not working so next morning I go do bike ride they said they would send the engineer up once he got to work for the air again all lies. Get done with race come back still no hot water and our room was 88 degrees so we left and went to another hotel.
