"We had a great time at this house in Seguin. Two families and three generations all enjoyed this place that had lots to offer for everyone. We love to play all sorts of games and this property (plus what we brought ourselves) provided endless opportunities to play over three days. Would definitely go back and recommend to others."

"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely river front home. The outdoor space is what we fell in love with whenwe were looking for place to host a small intimate wedding. Its was so pretty, the shaded yard was spectacular. Communication from the hoat was Tops! Definitely recommend! 10/10"
"My family and I had a wonderful time and my great Nephews and Niece loved the rope swing, kayaks and fishing accommodations. The house was great and plenty of room for all 20 of us. I highly recommend this house, and we will be back."

"This is a perfect place to stay. Plenty of bedroom space, beautiful historic home, unbeatable location, and the decorations and theme were so fun. Perfect for families but even as a group of adults in our 30s there was so much to do and notice during our downtime moments, the thought and effort put into the home is very noticed. Debbie and Joe are also really wonderful hosts, they went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we could possibly need! Definitely 5/5 stars."

"We chose this house for the sole purpose of access to the Guadalupe River however the house itself was so cute! It was spacious and clean! Our host Megan was very responsive and friendly! She had all the necessary equipment for the river to include inflatables, kayaks, and standup boards. Great house I recommend for a family or just a girls trip! "
"We enjoyed our stay at the bunkhouse. It was just right for 4 of us, the kids really liked the bunkbeds. The best part was waking up early & enjoying coffee on the upper deck looking out over the water and sitting up there in the late evening with a drink. "
"The area was quiet and peaceful, the whole property was comfortable and relaxing, the kids loved the easy access to the river, and being able to use the kayaks and other water toys made nice we did not have to worry about anything. They provided the life jackets as well to keep us safe! That was a huge plus for this mama to enjoy this! we loved the whole property! "

"We stayed over the 4th with a group of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) and had a blast! The guys fished every morning and they caught something each day! We kayaked, played in the river, enjoyed the firepit, and explored downtown Seguin and the Riverwalk. The kids also enjoyed the amusement park close-by. The house feels secluded yet close to shopping. The house was stocked and had tons of toys, bikes, puzzles, and river gear to use. I appreciate how attentive and kind the homeowner was as well. We made some wonderful memories:) "
"We rented this location for our softball team, and it was definitely worth it. It was spacious with many rooms and plenty of space inside and outside to accommodate all of us. The kitchen area has two large tables to accommodate large parties comfortably and the A/C for this Texas weather was great. It’s an older, but comfortable house to accommodate your large parties and the location is not far from the highway and close to everything you need, but also far enough for quiet time to enjoy and relax. There is a large parking area, but be aware that the more people, the space becomes limited after so many cars, so ensure guests park tightly. Also, the owner is very nice, accommodating, and quick to respond if you experience any issues. I recommend this property to large parties who want to be able to create great memories. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back. Just an FYI…Please remember that this is a river house rental in TEXAS and you most likely will experience some wildlife or bugs which can be expected. So please refrain from complaining about the uncontrollable or stop by your local store to bring bug control spray. "
"This is my review lmk what you think also***We enjoyed our stay here in Seguin, Tx. We were just minutes away from multiple groceries stores (Walmart, HEB) and gas stations, shopping area (Ross & Marshall’s) while still having a water front access experience. I was a bit unprepared for the amount of steps but we had no problems and enjoyed our stay and the water.In the very middle of the water. It was shallow enough for us to stand comfortably and enjoy our time in the water. The kayaks and paddle boards were also nice to be able to site see.The back patio is very spacious and provides plenty of room for everyone to hangout. They had several games to play such as corn hole boards, Yahtzee, and a ping pong table to keep everyone entertained. We also traveled to new braunsfels to go to the Gris Mill and Gruene Hall (took about 35 min with all the stop lights). And went back another day to float the Comal. Would recommend and also give recognition to the owners for there timeliness on responding with any questions or needs we had. "

"My husband and I took 10 high school grads on a retreat /senior trip for Younglife to this property. It was fantastic. The grounds were perfect for games. We had a pickleball tournament in the driveway. The pool, river front and basketball quart were great. The house was beautiful, kitchen was spacious and the living room sectional was great for when we all gathered together. Everyone said that the beds were really comfortable. We had a great time and will look to book here again. "
