Musée Rude Tours

We had a great stay but were incorrectly charged for a breakfast we did not have. After calling the hotel 3 times and emailing 4 times it still has not been refunded and each time it seems that no one is aware of the situation and we provide the same details to them time and time again. The staff advise this will be looked into and resolved and then we hear nothing back. I feel this was a big let down for what would otherwise have been a great stay and hotel.

Even before checking in, I send out out a question and they responded quickly. The front desk was very helpful and the AC in the rooms were great. The kitchen is well equipped too. The bathtub is a bit tall, anyone with climbing problems should be aware.
