Was there on a business trip. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful upon check in and check out. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was decent but very salty. The indoor swimming pool water was cold and there were little black bugs in the water. So it was avoided.

Had some problems with the key card. Minor deal. Staff was courteous and always willing to help. Went above and beyond to help with whatever we needed. Rooms were very clean. If I had to be picky about something, AC needs updated. But was still cold and room was comfortable. We will stay here again.

The website shows roll-aways available. They are not. The shower had mold. The toilet seat was loose, no hot water in the shower. There was some damage in the hall (open wires hanging from the celling and drywall damage) and there was a fan that ran outside our door all day and night. We asked that it be turned off at night and were told no. The lobby and breakfast area were neat and clean and the staff was helpful and friendly for the most part.

I’m in Tahlequah each year for the Cherokee National Holiday and I ALWAYS try to stay at this property. There are many others to choose from but this one is always the cleanest, staff is very gracious and I will continue to stay at this propert.
