Elevator and hallways are filthy and elevator does not have proper certification displayed anywhere. Front staff was rude and dismissive. Especially Hailey. Rooms were decent but wasn’t the cleanest. The coffee maker in the room was dirty had a bad build up in the water reservoir. The pool room really needs different tiles/flooring.
