The downtown district is an easy 10 minute drive which gives you a chance to see the town. The staff is very friendly and you can have housekeeping every day. There aren't any frills, so if you are looking for an economical, no nonsense place to sleep while you are in town, then this is a great place. The web page showed a great view of the river there was no view. The hotel looks run down. There was no coffee pot in the room. They say free breakfast.... The cereal was super stale and the only other thing they offered was expired vending machine snacks etc Twinkies etc.on the 2nd morning we walked down to get coffee which was supposed to be open at 6:30 (it was 6:50) no one was there. I also don't think an additional $15.00 per day for a dog should be charged.
