Limited parking, room was ok was not as elegant as some of the other Holiday Inn exspresses weve stayed in, we were on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor motel and was kepy up from sounding like horse play or running back and forth around 5 to 6 am ,couldn't really tell where it was but was very irritating . I guess it flooded on our floor prior to our chevk in and really was humod and musky smelling in our room , according to another guest that had said it flooded in his room , he said hed been there for a few weeks working on the motel but he was either really intoxicated or high on something, but i wouldn't want my wife or kids alone in the hall with....the breakfast and morning staff was a lot more welcoming than the evening staff from checking in . Breakfast was really pleasant and everything was fresh

The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. We had a super late check in as we drove almost 8 hours to get here, but the front desk was very friendly. My only complaint is the room smelled very strongly of mold. I didn’t see any visibly and the bathroom didn’t smell but as soon as we walked in the door we smelled it. We are both sensitive to mold and my partner had to use his inhaler several times thru the night. We would have asked for a different room but it was after 1am and we were beat.

Ok stay

We had a family get together and we had grand kids and our adult kids. The pool served us well. The beds were comfortable and clean. The electric outlets need repairs it’s a cheap fix I don’t know why they don’t. The AC units for room 301 are to small to accommodate so room was never as cold as you wanted it.

Good nights sleep

This was a very clean hotel and the breakfast was really good. I love the cinnamon rolls. The lady working the breakfast came to ask if anyone needed anything. The only issue we had with this stay was because I used my Hotel. Com rewards-for my stay. At check in I was told the amount for the room but had to show my receipt that said $0. Evidently, Hotels. Com sends the hotel a temporary card with the payment. Just be sure to check with Hotels. Com if using your rewards. This is something new since they did the One Cash thing with Expedia, VRBO and Hotels.com. There was not a problem with this Holiday Inn Express. It was just a Hotels.com issue.
