Family Vacation
When we arrived I noticed a smell in the condo but we were hungry so we brought our stuff in the room and went to eat. When we got back the smell was still there, like a musky smell. It just wasn’t clean. So the next morning I sent an email to the property management group and the immediately sent someone to clean. They were great.
However, the condo needs an update. The plastic on the cabinets are falling off. The mattress felt like it had no cushion between you and the springs. The carpet was horrible. Even though they were nice and came to clean, it helped but this condo needs a deep clean. I lost my sunglasses and I lifted up the bed skirts and there was candy and a cookie. Under the dress also had food crumbs.
The location was good. Pools were nice except the kiddy pool was too cold to get it.
Overall this condo is over priced and it really was a vacation downer. We have a toddler so we spend a good amount of time in the condo and it was disappointing.
