Stay at "Salty Kisses Beach Condo" to recharge, reconnect and relax. New 2nd floor unit, steps to the beach. Close to everything including airport, parks, golf courses, fishing, Myrtle Beach, Pawley's Island, Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk and many other family attractions. Walk to bars, restaurants and the famous Surfside Pier. Have morning coffee on the front porch overlooking the pool or have cocktails on the patio overlooking Ocean Blvd. and the beach.

Master Bedroom features a pillow-top King-sized bed and a private full bathroom. Guest room has a pillow-top Queen-sized bed and a pillow-top twin bed. Guest room has direct access to the full guest bathroom. Living room features brand new queen-sleeper sofa.

The building has an elevator for your convenience and the unit has it's own Washer/Dryer, granite countertops and all brand new stainless steel appliances.

Included are WiFi, linens, central air conditioning, kitchen stocked with all the tools you'll need to make meals and includes a blender for frozen beverages (freezer with ice maker) and a Keurig. You'll also find a "starter kit" of dishwasher and laundry pods, dish-washing liquid and more. ALL THAT'S MISSING IS YOU!

The Islander prides itself on being a tranquil destination, thus no running or yelling in the halls. The pool closes at 10PM.

We had a great long weekend stay at Salty Kisses. Check-in was seamless, neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly, and just a short walk to the beach. Everything was super clean. I’d definitely recommend!

Amazing vacation rental!

Our rental was actually in Royal Gardens Resort, with oceanfront balcony, convenient location and lots of amenities to include both indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, covered parking, restaurant and elevator. Our hosts, Erica and Spiro, were amazing to work with and provided all the necessities for a worry-free vacation!

Salty Kisses the perfect home away from home!

Easy check-in, clean, tastefully decorated, kitchen is well stocked, and it's in a perfect location to the piers, restaurants, grocery stores, attractions and beach access is directly across the street. If you don't feel like the beach there is a beautiful pool with plenty of chairs and tables surrounding it located behind the building. We enjoyed morning coffee on the outside balcony. The good: location to the beach and other area attractions was amazing. The unit was very clean. The pool was nice and we had it to ourselves every time we went. The not good: this unit was so loud. The guests above us walked around all night long and we were awakened numerous times. The unit is tired and in dire need of some TLC, particularly the bathrooms.

Perfect Condo in Surfside Beach!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family. The condo itself was very well done (decor), well kept, and very clean. We enjoyed the patio where you could smell the salty air from the ocean and hear the waves. The views of the ocean though slight were nice. The complex itself was very clean and well maintained. A nice family-oriented complex. The location was great, right across the street from two beach accesses. The host, Erica was great from booking to pre-trip questions and questions during our stay. Very responsive. We hope to be back in 2025!

Trust me on this one !!!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed to rent a condo for a week. I spent several days looking for a place my husband and I would feel at home in and found the perfect place in Spiro & Erica’s home. Erica could not have been more graceful and accommodating during our stay. The condo is immaculate, spacious and located on a beautiful and quiet street within walking distance to several wonderful restaurants. The beach is directly across the street and you can hear the waves crashing while having your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. I hope this condo is available if you are looking for a peaceful getaway in Surfside Beach

This was our second time staying at this location. Very close to the beach, easy on-site parking, restaurants and the pier within walking distance. A Great Stay

This was a great place to spend thanksgiving with the family. The unit is conveniently located to several restaurants within walking distance and is just across the street from the beach access. We had a very minor glitch with the door lock code on arrival but Erica addressed it immediately. We will stay here again, highly recommended!

My wife and I were looking for a beach getaway to celebrate our 30th anniversary. When we arrived, there was a bottle of champagne waiting for us. This property was amazing! It was clean, comfortable, and a quick walk to the beach (one minute). Spiro and Erica were such gracious hosts. September weekend

The property is beautiful and well maintained! We usually stay oceanfront so we were a bit concerned about how far we would have to carry our beach items to the actual sand. We were excited to find that the beach access is right across the street and easy to navigate. About 8-10 steps up across a landing and 8-10 steps down to the sand. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and made it enjoyable to actually be able to sleep while away. The porch is a nice size for four adults to enjoy the sounds from the ocean and a nice breeze anytime. Overall it was just perfect!! Thanks so much!
