San A Bel Towers 612 is an oceanfront destination with fun amenities for the kids, sunrise views for the early birds and comfortable furnishings for everyone to come together on the oceanfront. Beautifully nestled along the North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina beachfront on Crescent Beach, San A Bel 612 can accommodate up to six people and is convenient to all of the amazing amenities available in North Myrtle Beach.

San A Bel 612 includes two bedrooms with en suite baths, a washer/dryer unit as well as 3 flat screen televisions. This clean, well-maintained unit also has a large, well-equipped kitchen – the kitchen cabinets were extended an extra five feet and a separate five foot storage cabinet has been added. The kitchen appliances include a 26 cubic ft. refrigerator with ice maker, microwave over the stove and a dishwasher. The dining area has a table that can be expanded to seat six and there are chairs to match. Furnishings in the living area include a queen sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a recliner. The master bath has a chair height toilet and a jetted tub. The double mattress in the bedroom near the entry was replaced in May 2023.

Amenities at San-a-Bel Towers include a large indoor heated pool with restroom facilities and a gym. Outside the pool is a hot tub and patio area that is fenced. There is plenty of parking available in a parking garage for all units. Two elevators provide easy access to the unit from the garage. The exterior of the complex has been totally repainted.

Linens are provided for all beds, except for the pull-out sofa bed in the living area. Towels and washcloths are provided for bathrooms (not suitable for beach use). We rent only to families, no house parties. No smoking or pets in unit.

North Myrtle Beach Condo
Location, location, location!!! I was meeting a friend (she did not make it due to illness); I felt safe and had no issues. I had coffee on the balcony while looking at the ocean. So beautiful and relaxing. It was a little dusty, but I come prepared to do cleaning. Booking was no problem and the property owner was very responsive. I definitely will be renting again.

The property owner communicated with us a week out of our stay that the hot tub was inoperable. I told him I was disappointed since that was one of our main search criteria and invited him to make it right. When we arrived at the property, it was evident that the hot tub had been out of commission for several months due to delayed fence construction. The timeline of his communication about the hot tub specifically would not have allowed us to cancel or get a refund. Since the owner knew about the hot tub/fence issue for months, I believe he should have changed the listing to not include that amenity until it is operable again. All in all, it was a great property with the best location. Unfortunately, my rating is due to the fact that we were misled by a false listing when having a hot tub was one of our main search criteria.

The only drawback to this experience is the double bed mattress. This bed was terribly uncomfortable, lumpy and sagging. The full size bed needs to be replaced!

Amazing view
The condo is in a great location with amazing views from the balcony and the bedroom. We enjoyed using the pool and the gym as well as frequent walks on the beach and exploring the surrounding area. Make sure to check out Mr. G’s ice cream just a few minute walk away. If you love nature, check out Vareen Memorial Gardens for a lovely hike.

Great location
Most important to us is being oceanside with good accessibility to beach, and this unit definitely meets this criteria. We had what we needed overall, and communications with owner were very good. Due to the following a rating of 3 was given (would have given 3.5 if available). While the beach is most important, having the pool was also one of the criteria for stays at Myrtle Beach during the 10 years we have been making the trips related to exercise needs. Did not find out until a week prior to our visit that the pool was going to be closed for repairs (owner said he did not find out until then, but a different unit would have been chosen if we had known about this closure SO MAKE SURE to ask this questions if it's important to you). Other concern to be aware of that might be important to consider: mattress in front room was very difficult to sleep on. Bedrooms are very small so keep in mind in terms of what you bring along.

I loved the place. The rooms are small but im the type of person that doesn't care about that. Im on vacation. My objective is to not be in the condo that often and if it's to eat sleep and shower then that's all I need. They had all we needed and more when it came to supplies. They had chairs we could have used. There was a pop can and a sandal under one of the beds but that may have been over looked by the cleaning services. Bed were comfy my buddy and his son slept in the second room and he said he slept better on that bed than he does at home. I'd recommend this place

Amazing vacation!
Everything just as listed. Condo is very nice and was very stocked with kitchen supplies. Only thing missing was a mixer or smasher but we made do. Definitely would recommend.

Location and view were great. Not in love with the mattresses. Should take care of inner shower door in one bathroom and the appearance of the jet tub in the other. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Parking was great. Elevators reasonably quick. Would stay again.

Wonderful beach themed decor. Reading materials, magazines a nice touch. Very clean, comfortable beds. Nice deck with rocking chairs & extra seating. Kitchen well equipped although we only used the fridge and microwave. Only issue was with TV. Owner Bill had rapid response & resolved it. Short walk to the beach, nice chairs near the hot tub. Indoor pool was very clean, not crowded at all. If a King Bed it would have been perfect.

Good but a few concerns and poor communication
The owner never answered questions I asked before check in and never contacted me after check-in. As soon as my payment was approved, I only received one message with codes and directions about checkout, never anything else. So, as problems became evident I didn't even bother to try a get help from the owner. Kitchen was nicely remolded as advertised but there were coffee grounds still in the coffeemaker as well as dried egg on a frying pan and utensils. However, the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. The living room furniture is very dated and worn but ample. Didn't need the sleeper sofa but it didn't look very comfortable. Oceanside bathroom tub is horribly stained and scratched with rust around jets. I would not even consider using them! Additionally, it drained slow and I hated standing in water to shower! The same bathroom fan was so loud that I was actually scared to have it on! The bed in that room was very comfortable but family member said the bed in the other room was hard and lumpy. Nothing said or posted about a parking hangtag but another resident questioned me about parking there. Yelling, doors slamming, dogs barking and loud motorcycles were annoying some evenings. That said, the view from the balcony is gorgeous and the owner has provided nicely padded rocking chairs! The washer/dryer, dishwasher, Air conditioning and internet signal were all on point and very appreciated! Overall, if the bed and bath issues were corrected, I would totally recommend this unit!
