First of all we received a phone call saying we were throwing water balloons off the balcony and hit someone below, when my granddaughter went to tell her we were not she told my granddaughter that it was on video. I then took the call and told her I put they balloons on the balcony ( as my granddaughter graduated from high school this year and this stay was her graduation gift) and I did not think about the heat popping the balloons as to what happened and a piece of the balloon fell at the pool area. She told me it was on video and you are not allow to have stuff on the balcony and we got a complaint. I said sorry I did it and I will remove them and I did. I did not appreciate her accusing someone in the room as throwing water balloons. It could have been handled a lot nicer. We were there a week and out of a week we only got lounge chairs around the pool ONE TIME!! The signs states no one is to place towels in the chairs unless they are being occupied and no towels before 10:00 and not reserving or holding chairs. EVERY morning at 8-8:30 EVERY LOUNGE CHAIR had a towel placed in them EVERY DAY! We watched and noticed that certain family were in the same lounge chairs every day so someone was going down early and placing towels in chairs and it stated this was not to be done. Therefore if you did not get up early and do the same thing you never had a pool lounge chair. There was no regulation on the pools or lazy river as children jumping in them and splashing!!
