Worst stay ever, staff not very welcoming. Breakfast very very limited and over priced. Definitely not a 4 star rating. Would give it 1 star at most. Never staying there again. Bed and pillow not comfortable or clean.

A business trip with two colleagues led us here. I had high hopes from the reviews but upon arrival to my room, I was very disappointed. All three of us had the same issue of a musty odor perfumed with a room freshener. We all noticed a good amount of mold in and around the showers. In my case, the soap dispenser had been removed from the wall leaving a metal bracket but no soap. Maybe the funniest issue was that the door to the toilet scraped against the toilet seat. Meaning, if you open the door, it will run into your legs unless you squeeze into the corner. Bizarre. All of this would be perhaps expected from a modest one-star property, but given this is a 4-star resort, it was shocking and incredibly disappointing.

Calme et confortable - quiet and comfortable hotel
Dans un environnement calme et boisé, établissement rénové confortable aux chambres spacieuses et bien décorées. Literie néanmoins trop dure et insonorisation insuffisante (les murs semblent très fins si bien qu’il est possible d’entendre les voisins). Accueil souriant et professionnel. In a quiet, wooded setting, a comfortable, renovated establishment with spacious, well-decorated rooms. However, the bedding is too hard and the soundproofing is inadequate (the walls seem very thin, so it is possible to hear the neighbours). Smiling and professional welcome.

J’ai réservé un un grand lit, je me retrouve avec 2 petit lit de 80cm collée l’un à l’autre. Donc je me retrouve avec un trou au mieux. Le matin j’ai mal au dos. Le SPA fermé. Dommage pour une belle établissement

La chambre dans sa globalité est très confortable. Je regrette simplement que pour la 2eme fois je sois dans les chambres du rez de chaussée avec des salles de bain aux normes handicapées mais pas agréables du tout ! Adresse formidable nichée au coeur d'Orvault mais entourée de pins et de chênes, si bien que l'on se croit en pleine forêt ! Chambres spacieuses et décorées avec goût, équipe tres sympathique toujours prête a rendre service, brunch le dimanche à partir de 11h30, piscine et spa. Un hôtel complètement dépaysant en pleine zone urbaine !
