Excellent Place Great Location

The property is conveniently located close to downtown Napa, a nice walk to tasting rooms and restaurants. Relax with a bottle (or two) of wine outside amongst the vines near the patio. We will definitely be back here for our next Napa vacation. The hosts were attentive and the check in/out process was easy.

Perfect venue for family and friends. Great Location and clean, comfortable 2bed/2 bath.

It was the perfect home base for a long weekend of touring and tasting. Check-in was clear and easy. Everything was as described. Particularly liked the quality of the beds and pillows. Only minor recommendation would be to clearly mark the step down upon entry. It was noted but perhaps reflective tape or something might make it even clearer in the dark. Our only other recommendation is a small "grip" mat under the rugs to make sure they are "no slip" on the floors. Small feedback on a really great stay! Would definitely book again!

Wonderful accommodations.

Property was within walking distance of several local attractions. Quaint and quiet neighborhood. Very relaxing, nice outdoor area, and nicely furnished. Bedding and towels were freshly laundered, still smelled like fabric softener. Would love to stay at this property again.

Our stay in the Napa Valley area could not have been any better from start to finish; our interaction with the landlord to their beautiful home to the excellent location all at a wonderful value.. The home is so clean and well decorated. and perfect location. If you are heading to Napa … this is the perfect place to stay. We give it a 10 of 10.

Great 2 bedroom in downtown Napa

My husband and I shared this rental with another couple in September and it was an excellent location for wine tasting and a music festival at Oxbow Riverstage. Easy walk to restaurants and shops, and a fantastic farmers market. The place was perfect for two couples, each of us had our own rooms and bathroom with a common living space, kitchen and patio. Lots of wine glasses ready for you to enjoy your local finds!

Couples anniversary trip

We visited Napa with friends to celebrate our anniversaries so wanted a place close to downtown. Excellent communication from the owners at booking and prior to our arrival. A little snafu with the lockbox at check in but nothing a quick phone call couldn’t fix. The unit was very nicely decorated and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The only complaint is the walls on the entire building are thin. You can hear people above us and within our unit. I’d recommend packing a set of ear plugs. Multiple seating areas outside for fresh air, coffee and fresh oranges right off the tree. Proximity to downtown was excellent…just a few blocks! We walked to dinner and bars every night. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Napa!

We enjoyed our stay. My husband and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and loved how close this place was to downtown Napa. It he outdoor area was very nice and we enjoyed the fresh oranges from the orange tree. We highly recommend this place.

Perfection in Napa

We’ve stayed in dozens of vacation rentals over the years and this is by one of the absolute best. This home is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and renovated, inside and out. Everything you could possibly need is provided and you are steps away from amazing shops and dining. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Don’t miss out on this Napa gem!

Perfect Napa getaway

Couples trip to Napa

This is the second time we stayed in this apartment. Perfect size for 2 couples, very clean, easy parking and the owners are very communicative and easy to work with. Downtown Napa is easy to walk to where there are many restaurants, tasting rooms and shops to see. We walked to dinner 3 of our 4 nights, and they were all fantastic! Thank you! We will be back!

Location, Location, Location

Very nice place in a great location. Really enjoyed the cleanliness and thoughtfullness of our hosts who offered to leave the light on if we might arrive when its dark. Also like the nice touch of making the entry code easy to remember (won't say how but there was intentionality that was very specific to me). The location made several dinner locations walkable which was perfect.

Cute apartment, great location

I came to Napa to celebrate my birthday. We had a fabulous time and this property was perfect. The check-in process is easy. The location is great, only a few blocks from shopping & restaurants. The kitchen is stocked well with what you may need. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the noise from the upstairs unit. You can hear every step & their music.

Perfect Stay!

We loved this house! We rented the top floor along with one of the downstairs apartments for a group of 5 couples and it was plenty of space. We walked to downtown Napa every day, the convenience can’t be beat! The hosts responded very quickly and were very helpful, we would definitely stay here again!

Great place great location

We enjoyed everything about this property super clean, laid out nicely all the amenities you need if you want to cook at home great grill, etc. The best part is that you can walk five minutes and be downtown! I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely come back and stay here again. Also, the hosts are super responsive. There was at one of the couple times. I tried to reach them, I couldn't get a hold of them immediately.
