Beautiful, fully remodeled in 2022: 2 bedroom / 2-bathroom condo in gated community in East Naples, FL. This larger, 1st-floor, end unit condo overlooks the #7 hole on the Blue course in Foxfire Golf Club (Foxfire has 3 nines; Red, Silver and Blue). Walking distance to pool and tennis courts.

The condo is 6-minutes from Naples Beach and downtown Naples (Fifth Avenue and Third Street restaurants and attractions). There are nearby shopping centers that host a Publix, liquor store, Starbucks, Subway, Italian Restaurant, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Tacos & Tequila restaurant, spa, UPS and shipment center, and a few others.

You can enjoy the lakefront and golf course views from the lanai that is also air-conditioned with newer impact resistant sliding doors and solar shades. This condo features a light and bright eat-in kitchen with newly installed quartz countertops and stainless appliances with new white cabinets. Other features include a bar with wine fridge in the living area, quartz countertops in the bathrooms, both bedrooms have walk-in closets, and unit offers extra lockable storage space outside along the covered parking (if you care to bring a road bike, or leave your golf clubs locked up in storage, for instance).
There is 1 assigned carport space and plenty of guest parking.

(Golfing privileges can be transferred over to the lessee. A one-time social and golf transfer fee will grant you access to the golf course, pools, fitness center, clubhouse, restaurant and entry/exit gates for the duration of your stay)
