About this property
Rooftop deck & game room home near the Parthenon | Nashville, sleeps 10
Summary:
SKYDECK is a rooftop-and-game-room retreat minutes from the Parthenon and Centennial Park, found on VRBO for your next Nashville family reunion or group getaway. Sleeps 10 across 3 bedrooms with room for multiple families to spread out under one roof.
• Sleeps 10: 3 bedrooms and 10 beds fit the whole crew comfortably.
• 3 full bathrooms: no waiting in line during busy mornings.
• Rooftop deck: skyline views and string lights for evening hangouts.

• Nashville-themed decor: neon signage throughout for a Music City feel
The Space:
SKYDECK is built for families and larger groups who want space of their own without splitting into two houses. Between the rooftop deck, the game room, and three real bedrooms, nobody has to share a bed who does not want to, and this VRBO listing keeps the whole group under one roof.
The main level centers on an open-concept kitchen with a granite island, stainless appliances, and a living and dining area that opens onto a balcony, so cooking, homework, and catching up all happen in the same space. A neon sign reading "Cheers" glows over the dining table and a neon sign reading "Music City" lights up the living room, giving the main floor its Nashville personality.
Downstairs on the garage level, the game room becomes the group's hangout, with a ping pong table, dartboard, TV, sofa, and its own full bar plus a wet bar kitchenette for mixing drinks before heading up top.
Spend the day walking Centennial Park or snapping photos at the Parthenon, watch the sunset from the rooftop deck under string lights and a neon sign reading "Nashville," then head down for ping pong before the kids and adults each retreat to their own beds.

Lots of space - great kitchen, game room, and roof top!
We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! There was plenty of room for the seven of us to either all be together in the living room/kitchen area or to spread out and enjoy different aspects of the condo. We really enjoyed playing ping pong and darts and listening to music in the game room, and also hanging out on the sky deck and playing corn hole. The kitchen was fantastic with lots of counter space, two sinks, and a huge pantry. Since we were there for Christmas, we were doing a lot of cooking, and there was plenty of space for several of us to be prepping at the same time. All of the beds were comfortable, and the upstairs bedrooms had TVs and huge closets with lots of shelving. The location was very convenient for us, though it's not somewhere I'd take a walk by myself. The lower level bedroom and upstairs bedroom with the queen bed faced the street and we heard sirens a few times at night, but that is to be expected in an area so close to downtown and that's also what ear plugs are for. We could get downtown in less than 10 minutes and to Bellevue to visit family in about 20 minutes. The two upstairs bathrooms were pretty spacious - one had lots of open shelving and the other had a double vanity and huge shower. The downstairs bathroom was also nice and had a beautiful shower. All of the shower heads were great (but note that the hot and cold are reversed). There was always street parking available in front of the condo for our three cars and the host was very responsive. My team and I stayed here for a regional meeting. It was a great spot to enjoy each other's company, easy to get places, and a fine neighborhood. Some minor inconveniences, but nothing not overcome by communication with the owner. I would stay here again.
This is a beautiful, safe. clean, fun, and well taken care of property. Owners are easily reached for an inconvenience, and the whole process went well. Highly recommended.
This was our first trip to Music City and I was blown away. The house was beautiful and every floor was amazing. The rooftop was obviously the most stellar part. To a certain extent, we hated going out on the town because we missed the house. We are already planning a trip back and I will be staying with Steve again. He was a great host and was in constant communication to make sure everything was going well and up to our standards. Overall, great trip!
Great open communication with the owner and flawless check in. We REALLY enjoyed our stay and the place was exactly as it was described and advertised. This was a family trip and we had relatives in from the west coast. Easy access to the airport for their flights and PLENTY of room to accommodate all of us. Never felt crowded or cramped. A few minor cleaning issues had been overlooked (we found some items left behind by previous guests) and a few minor aesthetic problems (broken chair leg in dining room) owner offered to rectify but I said it didn’t affect our stay and could wait, overall would go back in a heartbeat and already miss it!! When we come to that area again will definitely seek out this property.
