About this property
Nashville game room & bar house, sleeps 10, 3BR near Parthenon
Summary:
This Music City house near Centennial Park gives multi-family groups a game room, full bar, and a bedroom for everyone.
• Sleeps 10 across 3 bedrooms and 10 beds
• 3 full bathrooms
• Game room with ping pong, dartboard, and full bar
• Granite island kitchen for big family meals
• Private balcony plus open living and dining area
• Pet friendly, with neon signs and themed bedrooms kids will love
The Space:
Booked through VRBO, this Music City house is set up for multiple families or a big group traveling together, not a room split between strangers. Three bedrooms across two levels mean everyone gets their own space during the day and a shared house to gather in at night. The main level centers on a granite kitchen island and stainless appliances, big enough for a group meal without anyone waiting on the stove.
It opens straight into a dining table under a neon "Cheers" sign and a living room with a sectional and flat-screen TV, so the cook never misses the conversation. A private balcony off the living room gives parents a quiet coffee spot before the day starts.
Downstairs, the game room is where the trip turns into a memory: a bar with stools, a ping pong table, a dartboard, and a lit-up "Nashville" sign set the scene for family tournaments and late-night hangouts. Spend the day at Centennial Park and the Parthenon, grab dinner nearby, then head back for ping pong and drinks before everyone splits off to their own themed bedroom to recharge.

Great for multi-family trips, larger groups, and family reunions who want game nights and room to spread out; not the spot for events with guests outside your booked group. Lots of space - great kitchen, game room, and roof top!
We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! There was plenty of room for the seven of us to either all be together in the living room/kitchen area or to spread out and enjoy different aspects of the condo. We really enjoyed playing ping pong and darts and listening to music in the game room, and also hanging out on the sky deck and playing corn hole. The kitchen was fantastic with lots of counter space, two sinks, and a huge pantry. Since we were there for Christmas, we were doing a lot of cooking, and there was plenty of space for several of us to be prepping at the same time. All of the beds were comfortable, and the upstairs bedrooms had TVs and huge closets with lots of shelving. The location was very convenient for us, though it's not somewhere I'd take a walk by myself. The lower level bedroom and upstairs bedroom with the queen bed faced the street and we heard sirens a few times at night, but that is to be expected in an area so close to downtown and that's also what ear plugs are for. We could get downtown in less than 10 minutes and to Bellevue to visit family in about 20 minutes. The two upstairs bathrooms were pretty spacious - one had lots of open shelving and the other had a double vanity and huge shower. The downstairs bathroom was also nice and had a beautiful shower. All of the shower heads were great (but note that the hot and cold are reversed). There was always street parking available in front of the condo for our three cars and the host was very responsive. Th
The house was very clean and in a great location for our trip! The hosts were extremely helpful with anything we needed too! I would definitely recommend this location
My team and I stayed here for a regional meeting. It was a great spot to enjoy each other's company, easy to get places, and a fine neighborhood. Some minor inconveniences, but nothing not overcome by communication with the owner. I would stay here again.
This is a beautiful, safe. clean, fun, and well taken care of property. Owners are easily reached for an inconvenience, and the whole process went well. Highly recommended.
This was our first trip to Music City and I was blown away. The house was beautiful and every floor was amazing. The rooftop was obviously the most stellar part. To a certain extent, we hated going out on the town because we missed the house. We are already planning a trip back and I will be staying with Steve again. He was a great host and was in constant communication to make sure everything was going well and up to our standards. Overall, great trip!
Great open communication with the owner and flawless check in. We REALLY enjoyed our stay and the place was exactly as it was described and advertised. This was a family trip and we had relatives in from the west coast. Easy access to the airport for their flights and PLENTY of room to accommodate all of us. Never felt crowded or cramped. A few minor cleaning issues had been overlooked (we found some items left behind by previous guests) and a few minor aesthetic problems (broken chair leg in dining room) owner offered to rectify but I said it didn’t affect our stay and could wait, overall would go back in a heartbeat and already miss it!! When we come to that area again will definitely seek out this property.
