The apartment was nice, well furnished and quiet. The check in process was extremely frustrating and methods of communication with the property were challenging. So while the apartment was fine, I would not choose this property again.

Mint House was so comfortable and relaxing, the facility was like a cosy modern apartment, with all the your basic household needs. Quit, clean, inviting and a fifteen minute walk or a five minute drive from the entertainment stripe. If I’m in Nashville I’ll definitely rent again. Also note that at checking you will have to leave a deposit. Wonderful property. At a great price.

This was a fantastic stay for us! The front desk staff could not have been any friendlier! Our apartment was so spacious and accommodating. Everything we needed was right there, all the details have clearly been thought through. We were especially grateful for the in-room washer/dryer and complimentary laundry pods. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Nashville!

Check in was a breeze! We loved the large space, very clean, breakfast bags a plus , and fitness room. The room is gorgeous. There was a second room with a tiny desk that could most likely fit a twin or double bed. I would suggest a fan in the bathroom. Thank you!

We loved everything about it. The only slight negative…very slight…was how often the front was unattended. I think your front staff is stretched really thin and doing a lot which makes it hard for them to be available visibly at times.
