The Space:

Booked through VRBO, this four-bedroom house sleeps 12, giving multiple families or a full group room to spread out without stacking up on couches.



Downstairs, the kitchen opens straight into the living and dining rooms, so whoever's cooking is never cut off from the rest of the group. A pinball machine waits in the Game room, with a door leading straight out to the rooftop whenever kids or adults need fresh air. That rooftop deck is the real showpiece, fire pit glowing while the skyline sits just over the rail.

It's an easy in-and-out base for families and groups exploring the city without staying in the middle of Broadway's noise

Rideshares reach downtown and Broadway in minutes, making it easy to head out for the day and back for rooftop nights. BNA Airport is about a 13-minute drive (9.8 miles), so arrivals and late checkouts are simple to plan around
