The Space:

Booking two full homes through VRBO means two kitchens, two living rooms, and two rooftop decks, so a big family trip or multi-family reunion never feels like one group stacked on top of another. Everyone gets their own space to land, then comes back together when it's time to gather.



Home 1 has three bedrooms plus a pull-out sofa in the living room, and the kitchen opens straight onto the dining and lounge area so the cook is never cut off from the group. Its rooftop centers on a hot tub with skyline views, usually where the group ends up before anyone even suggests it.



Home 2 mirrors Home 1 bedroom for bedroom, with its own kitchen, living room, and a second rooftop built around a fire pit and gas grill for cookouts after dark. It also has a built-in makeup and getting-ready area, useful for a group doing hair and makeup together before a night out.



Spend the day along Broadway or wandering Germantown, grill out on the rooftop as the sun drops, then settle in for a hot tub soak on one side or fire pit stories on the other before everyone heads back to their own home to sleep.

East Nashville's restaurants and galleries are also a short drive, giving families and larger groups plenty of ground to cover over a long weekend



Getting Around:

Rideshare into Broadway or downtown takes just minutes from this stretch of Nashville. Nissan Stadium and Riverfront Park are both a short drive away for game days or festival nights
