This hotel is wonderful in all respects! Very clean, modern, and comfortable. Very nice cafe/bar area and common sitting area. Good wifi! Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. This is a wonderful hotel in all respects! Very clean, modern, and comfortable. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms, great common cafe area and common sitting area. Good location; easily walkable to/from the bus station, supermarket, restaurants, etc. If you're an animal lover, you're in for a real delight - there is a sweet resident Dachshund and two very affectionate kitties. I stayed here on both the front and back ends of my trek in Torres del Paine and I'm so glad I chose this hotel.
