"My stay was okay since this wasn’t my first time here, but the experience felt sharper than expected, almost to the point where I wasn’t sure I’d want to return. I received a call shortly after 11:00 reminding me of checkout, and while I understand the policy, the tone felt rushed and a bit impolite. Being told there would be extra charges if I stayed past 11:20 came across as unnecessarily strict. I believe it’s important for customers to have a consistent experience from check-in to check-out. Checking in was great, but the checkout experience left me questioning things."

"Fast check in & comfy room for a quick stay before a shockingly early flight out of Gimpo airport. Be aware even though the hotel is connected to Gimpo airport, doors that directly access Gimpo don’t unlock until 5 am. So be prepared to walk around outdoors (which takes about 20 minutes) instead of the more direct 3 minute walk from the hotel/mall. "
