Nice staff, old hotel, everything works. Looks like the decor and finishes haven’t been updated since the 1980’s but it’s all clean and in good condition. It’s like going back in time. Nice location close to Main Street.

Comfortable, stylish, friendly hotel in a fabulous location near Millennium Park, Art Institute, and Riverwalk. Friendly staff throughout but the cherry on top was Antoine who checked our bags and arranged out transportation to the airport when we checked out
