Luella - spacious and modern family holiday home in Nelson Bay

From Luella, it is a 400m walk to Nelson Bay Marina and 600m to Nelson Bay Foreshore for swimming at the beach. Within the Nelson Bay CBD you will find the beautiful collection of local cafes, boutiques, restaurants and the supermarket. Dutchman's Beach is just an 800m walk and is the perfect spot for a family day. Port Stephens has so much to explore, with Mount Tomaree, Shoal Bay and Salamander Bay all just a short drive from the apartment.

On the top floor of the brand new Silverpoint residential complex, this luxurious apartment features a king bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite with a large bath tub. The second bedroom has a queen and the third has two long singles that can be made into a king upon request. The open plan living, kitchen and dining open on to the expansive balcony with views across the Nelson Bay CBD and Mount Tomaree in the distance . The apartment also has an internal laundry with washer and dryer.

Included in your booking is a private and spacious double garage within the complex garage. It is secure with its own roller door - perfect for all of your beach toys, surfboards and bikes.
Your stay includes bed linen, bath towels and all the basics you will need. A porta-cot, highchair and beach towels are available for hire upon request.
