This dog-friendly, oceanview Neskowin condo puts you right on the beach and in the middle of the action. With easy access, golfing just a short walk away, and the beach in your backyard, you may never want to leave.

Step outside and feel the sand squish between your toes, or take a stroll to enjoy local attractions, activities, and dining options.

Sea views and crashing waves will welcome you into your beachfront escape. Kick back on the couch and flip through the cable channels, or make it a movie night with a DVD on the flatscreen HDTV.

Connect to the WiFi to send off that last work email. Lounge on your private patio with a nice glass or wine while you watch the waves roll in.

The fully equipped, galley-style kitchen will make cooking a breeze. Keep everyone fueled up and on the go with the electric range, toaster, and coffee maker. Let the dishwasher do the clean up while you head back out onto the patio to enjoy the sunset.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo can easily play host to up to seven guests and two canine companions for a small nightly pet fee. In the master bedroom you'll find a soft king-size bed, patio access, and en suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed along with a twin-size bed for more sleeping options. If you need more space there is a sofabed available as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Amazing view
The weather wasn't great but the view was wonderful. Very comfortable accommodation. Had some trouble with lockbox but was resolved with manager. The kitchen could use a few more supplies like saran wrap, paper napkins, tablecloth or placemats. Kleenix should be supplied and there was a total of 3 hangers in all of the closets! It would be nice if the rugs near the beds had non-skid bottoms. We do look forward to staying here again.

Clean, comfortable, well stocked & a great location if you want a quiet beach getaway. Beach access via the rock steps was close. Sunsets were lovely. Town is a quick walk. Loved this location!

Hands down fabulous view!! Condo was clean and well stocked for our girls weekend. Really convenient with my two dogs along. Really enjoyed our stay. Would certainly stay here again.

Awesome view…. But could use a deep clean and a few repairs
Pros: awesome view, right on the water. If you brave the large rock steps, you can get right down to the beach. The set up of the place was great with the master suite having an ocean view as well. You can close a sliding door to separate the master bedroom and bath from the rest of the house. That meant the teenagers could stay up late and forage for food without waking the adults. Beds were clean and comfortable. Vacasa supplied large beach towels and treats for the dog. The kids loved the boogie boards. Cons: the towels (and weirdly toilet paper) smelled like cigarette smoke. The rugs were a bit grimy. Lipstick on the glasses (we played it safe and rewashed all the dishes). The only pan was full of chipping Teflon… didn't seem safe to use so we bought one. Oh and the dishwasher was basically falling out… not attached… difficult to open and unload with it almost tipping over. Overall… still 5 stars and a great place for the price… but come prepared with your own cookware, salt and pepper, and maybe even bath towels. Probably TP too… not fun to blow your nose and smell cigarettes… ;)

We usually stay in the Neskowin or Lincoln City area when we come to the coast, which is annually and usually multiple times a summer. This is by far one of the best places we’ve stayed. The beach access is a little steep. We have a nine month old it it was a little worrisome getting her old own there but we did ok! Amazing view, great place!

So. I actually had to cancel my trip do to overbooking, but my wife and her cousin went. They both really enjoyed this place for the location (next to ocean) and the layout of the cottage. The wife said that we are going back to this place next year for our anniversary. I also selected this place because they allow pets, since I didn't go neither did our dog, but to even have that option was awesome.

Our favorite place!
I want to say our experience was horrible, so we can keep this a hidden gem, but it was great! This is the second time we have stayed here. The first time, a couple years ago, I got a little food poisoning from a restaurant in Lincoln City and spent two of our 3 days in bed and on the couch. But I remember both being very comfortable! Still are! The place is very clean and all the beds are so comfortable! Interior is fairly updated. No complaints on quality of the furniture, it was all in good shape. We like that the floors are tile and not gross old carpet like some other units we’ve stayed in in the same complex. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen could use a few more plates and bowls and the knives need a good sharpening. Nothing that really hindered our stay in any way. It’s a great place!

Beautiful view, basic unit
A gorgeous view of the ocean and a lovely beach to walk on. The unit is small and basic but great for a short stay. Some things are in need of repair- the heater in the bedroom didn’t work nor did the bathroom fan, and we couldn’t get the living room tv to work at all. There aren’t many baking/ cooking dishes (we ended up baking brownies in a frying pan). But, overall it was a nice place to stay with very minor complaints. It was clean and a short walk to the beach- and very very quiet in November, which was lovely!

Overall great experience, loved being so close to the beach, pretty dirty upon check in (hair on pillows, sheets not fresh, leftovers in fridge, dirt and trash under beds, smudged and sticky surfaces), normally wouldn’t bother to complain but with kids and an infant it was necessary, easy check in and out, good communication, would stay again

Perfect location!
An awesome spot. We’ll equipped kitchen, ample supplies, incredible view. One complaint, the view is what this property is all about, and the windows were FILTHY!!! It ruined the experience of sitting inside and staring at the ocean, and it was too chilly to sit outside for long. Bummer. If I return I’ll bring window cleaner myself. Overall we loved it and I’d come back.

Great Stay!
This condo was perfect for my husband and me along with our adult daughter and her dog. It was wonderful having our own full bathrooms off our bedrooms. The windows had a spectacular view of the ocean. You couldn't get any closer. We did need to walk down the street through a neighborhood to an easy access to the beach, but it was still delightful. The beach during the week and at low tides was totally deserted. I would stay here again.

We love Neskowin and have always stayed at Pacific Sands; unit #10 is not the nicest unit we have stayed in. No storage for clothes, moldy shower, just generally not up to the usual standards for Pacific Sands. However, you can't beat the views and the beach at Neskowin!

One of our favorites
We came for an extended stay this year to celebrate our 20th year of marriage. This was a return visit for us after having a great experience the first time around. We love the location and the views are perfect. The property manager, Armen, deserves extra acknowledgment when it comes to the plus side of this place. If there were a 6th star available to give out, he would get it. The exterior of the place is immaculate and meticulously kept. Also, we were there during the King tides this year and there was concern over high water potentially reaching our unit. Armen was constantly out checking the tides and communicated consistently and clearly what would be happening if the water was to get too high. He and a team had to put metal walls up in front of our unit which blocked our view. It wasn’t even an issue for us because of Armen’s communication regarding it. Though he didn’t have to, Armen came by on the second day of “the wall” after checking the weather and took one section down so that we wouldn’t lose our view that day. Talk about above and beyond. It wasn’t a quick job but he chose to do it, by himself, for our experience. This guy really cares about the property and takes his job seriously. Extra kudos to him for sure! In regards to the unit itself, it was nice but in need of a little TLC. Examples: one of the kitchen chair backs was broken, there were pieces of the coffee table edge missing, the area rug was in need of a deep cleaning and the only TV that actually worked was in the guest bedroom. Honestly, we could have cared less about these things as they aren’t the things that matter to us. But I could see this being an issue for some. Overall, we were happy with our stay and how we were taken care of by Armen. This is our second year staying here and we are already looking forward to being back next year.

Property in great condition, will stay again and recommend it to others. Two items need addressing: Direct TV did not work - no instructions - 5 remotes with main tv and no clue which we should use. Kitchen is poorly equipped, only 3 mismatched wine glasses, no coffee filters, limited dishes,utensils and pans.

The condo is located right on the water. We loved the setup with two bathrooms. There aren't enough dishes or glasses and there are no large soup pots so we had to hand wash after every meal in order to have enough bowls or silverware for the next meal. We couldn't make soup or pasta because there weren't any large pots. The location and ambiance can't be beat.

Loved the view & layout of the house. We found the kitchen well stocked (unlike others below), although there is no absolutely no salt/pepper, coffee, etc. The frustrating thing was that the cable and DVD player did not work and there were no simple instructions. We knew the weather would be bad one day so brought a lot of DVDs to watch as a DVD player was listed. It didn't even look hooked up. The cable only went to one channel and then when you pressed a button it went off. Why don't places leave instructions anymore?

This property with its unbeatable ocean views at our favorite Oregon Coast location is very nice overall. However, we all agreed that a little attention to some amenities and overall property maintenance are in order. Maintenance issues: mildewed caulking in street side bathroom, main bathroom had a loose toilet seat and loose faucet handle; towel rack was hanging off the wall. Dining room chair is missing part of the back support. Kitchen: plenty of kitchen utensils, pots and pans etc. pretty adequate knives! Woefully lacking in the number of plates, bowls, mugs and glassware available given the potential number of guests allowed. No placemats. One little kitchen towel! One teensy plastic cutting surface! Empty pepper grinder. No salt in the salt shaker. Bedrooms: No extra blankets. Need some layers available for fall and winter stays! We vacation at Neskowin annually and have always appreciated dealing with a rapidly responsive in person locally present management company. We contacted Vacasa and were told via email that we should procure any required items ourselves and then bill Vacasa. We did purchase a plastic cutting board, peppercorns and three kitchen towels and will be submitting an invoice. I really did not want to spend my limited time at the beach shopping for basics for this not “discount” vacation rental! We would suggest that someone should take a trip to the Lincoln City Outlet Mall to purchase plates, glassware, utensils and kitchen towels. Maintenance needs to address the issues mentioned. This is a sweet little condo and it would be ever so much nicer with some attention to details and a little TLC!

Beautiful views, excellent location
This condo was in a great location. As soon as you walked in you were met with the beautiful view of the ocean. The condo layout was perfect. We were able to sleep with the sliders cracked for white noise from the ocean. The only downside, like other reviewers, was the kitchen could use a few more utensils (more knives cutting boards, mixing bowls, bigger pots, and pants, etc.), we were able to get creative and manage making all of our meals. A more efficient vaccum would have been helpful too, as we do like to frequently clean up after ourselves during our stay, it gets sandy! Other than that the stay was amazing. It's a short walk to the Neskowin market where we got ice cream, and enjoyed all the cute yards and houses on the way. Can't beat the veiw, we would stay here again!
