“Did not use pool or hot tub”

“The hotel was great the road outside was not. There was a loud barking dog downstairs but it had calmed down by bedtime. We didn’t realize it was spring break so there was a lot of traffic and people in town. Clean room and great staff. ”

“Stayed 2 night for my anniversary. Great view. Old lumpy beds. Had to get different room. Checked in and first room had water puddle in middle of floor, and there was hair on the stained dirty sheet. Second room was better but the mattresses are old and my back hurts from the lumpy bed. Borrowed a dvd from office to watch movie but the dvd player in room was missing power cord. Didnt want to walk across property to use the hot tub and swimming pool but luckily my room had jacuzzi tub. Good quiet……

“The checkin was totally unacceptable. The front desk woman said my room wasn't ready at 4pm, and that she would call me when it was. An hour later, and no call and I encountered the same unprofessional staff member who was unhelpful, argumentative, and couldn't care less about what was going on. I finally got a hold of the cleaning staff and they let me know my room was ready, after 1 hour and 20 minutes of wait time. Check in time at 520pm. Totally unacceptable. ”
