"Clean and roomy, booked for location and separate bedrooms/baths. Quiet stay. Had to fix thermostat ourselves to get the AC working and one of the showers wasn’t usable. Had no water pressure (checked the shutoffs but they looked ok). Pre arrival email mentioned parking pass in lockbox but found only keys. After some back and forth with support just had the license plates for our vehicles reported to office. Support was prompt in contacting property for maintenance issues but no one ever showed....
