“Definitely disappointed there was not free WiFi. The pillows were flat so we needed extras. When I went to check out, the woman at the front desk treated me as though I was a bother.”

“The main door to the suite didn't latch properly for the time we were there, We were not happy about that told the staff . The staff was fantastic , helpful kind . The toilet need to be fixed properly was not bolted down. But once asked the maintenance worker he did the best he could. Staff was super helpful.”

“We only stayed one night and the total stay was about 14 hours as we just wanted to visit Shawshank Prison while passing though. But it was a great hotel. Clean, safe, great staff. It is 10 min from Shawshank and near so many other things. Bathroom was clean, shower was great, breakfast was great. Free parking, pet friendly. Just a great hotel and a great experience for us staying here.”

“Light and outlet over the sink was not working. Room hall light did not work. Door from parking lot to hotel was inoperable. Floors in bathroom were not clean. The fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night for about 30 seconds. The breakfast was good.”

“Beds were super soft and tall, dont sleep on the edges cause you'll end up rolling off. The breakfast was disappointing. Came down 30 mins before it ended. The lady who was in charge wouldn't make more eggs. The tater tots were all squished. She was outside smoking. On the patio throwing her cigarette butts on the ground. Other staff members came down at the end of breakfast to take what was left..but there wasn't much left.”

“Bathroom floor has had water problems, floor is soft and spongy and a large number of ceramic floor tiles have cracked and broken, curtain rod off from wall mounts and did not operate, paint tired, tub dirty, staff pleasant.”
