“Terrible parking lot had big pot holes in it”

“Room was really dirty. Especially the bathroom! ”

“Bathroom floor has had water problems, floor is soft and spongy and a large number of ceramic floor tiles have cracked and broken, curtain rod off from wall mounts and did not operate, paint tired, tub dirty, staff pleasant.”

“The main door to the suite didn't latch properly for the time we were there, We were not happy about that told the staff . The staff was fantastic , helpful kind . The toilet need to be fixed properly was not bolted down. But once asked the maintenance worker he did the best he could. Staff was super helpful.”

“Beds were super soft and tall, dont sleep on the edges cause you'll end up rolling off. The breakfast was disappointing. Came down 30 mins before it ended. The lady who was in charge wouldn't make more eggs. The tater tots were all squished. She was outside smoking. On the patio throwing her cigarette butts on the ground. Other staff members came down at the end of breakfast to take what was left..but there wasn't much left.”

“It was good, the best part was the staff. Rooms were clean, but I will say the next morning there was a swarm of ants, that found my daughters french fry. It was odd, especially being on the second floor. Bed was comfy. Definitely recommend for the price. ”

“Our overall stay was not very great. First off the refrigerator made a very loud noise, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the heater was also extremely loud and would turn on and off throughout the night which woke us up 6-7 times. The floors were quite dirty with crumbs and other dirt on the floor. The blankets were also quite thin. As for breakfast, we were quite disappointed that there were no eggs. The view outside the window was also not ideal as there was an apartment and……

“Staff was wonderful, breakfast was awesome, room was well laid-out and designed and very comfortable! I really liked having the couch. Bed was very comfortable…slept great! Hot tub in room was also awesome! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!”
