this is Unit 1 in the unit that I own and reside in. guests will have private access to their 2 bedrooms in my unit which I will also have a private bedroom in the same unit

local AirBnB regulations have changed in NYC. Short-term rentals are only able to host two people per night, but long-term rentals can host more and do not require a short term license. I have a license, please message me for specific requests prior to booking if you'd like to book a STR vs LTR to adjust pricing
