- 2 story L –shaped house. On the first floor there are 6 bedrooms, 4 of them overlooking the garden and the pool, 2 of them overlooking a bushed bank and flowery terrace. On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen with oven and steamer, American fridge, induction plates as well as a living room, TV room and office. Further there are outside terraces, barbecue and a traditional pizza oven, pool house with shower and toilet, boccia field, tennis table, badminton, a car port with 4 parkings and an EV charching station. Last but not least, of course a big pool!
