"Wir waren mit einer 4 Köpfigen Familie hier. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Wohnung selbst hat uns sehr gefallen und es gibt nichts wirklich zu bemängeln an der Wohnung selbst!Dennoch gibt es nur 4 Sterne:- Die Gegend ist Super laut. Keine Ahnung warum, aber diese Straße wird permanent von Showfahrern mit extrem lauten Motorädern, Autos usw genutzt. Normalerweise bin ich da nicht empfindlich und dachte mir vorher das es sicher nicht so schlimm sein kann wie einige Schreiben. Doch das ist es! Ich vermute die jungen Burschen auf Ihren Motorrädern wollen den Damen imponieren die direkt in der Front Beachvolleyball spielen. Nur leider ist nicht nur die Straße sehr laut, sondern die Wohnung unheimlich schlecht gedämmt sodass man auch im hinteren Bereich nachts wegen dem Lärm kaum schlafen kann. - die Dame die uns in Empfang genommen hat spricht KEIN englisch. Sie bestand auf Kommunikation via SMS damit sie es dann übersetzten kann. Wir hatten Probleme ihr klar zu machen das wir unten vor dem Tor stehen. - Das absolute NO für uns war aber das Verständnis von Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Als wir ankamen haben wir uns ein Glas aus dem Schrank genommen. Alle Gläser waren total dreckig und nie sauber gemacht. Wir haben dann erstmal das ganze Geschirr gespült. Es liegen überall alte Sachen rum wie Nagelfeilen von fremden Leuten. Alte Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank werden gesammelt. Jogurt dadurch total verschimmelt. Die Polster total verdreckt."

Alles war sehr sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Er war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und hatte tolle Tipps für die Umgebung. Der gemeinsame Bootsausflug war ein absolutes Highlight und hat unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht.Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!"

"We had a very good trip and the staff was very kind. I found the cost for breakfast a little expensive and only because the selection was limited but the place next door was lovely. I wish they reconsidered their cost for charging for beach towels because we felt like $5 euros a day per person was too expensive to rent and it ended up being cheaper to purchase towels which we did but we had to leave because we couldn’t fit it into our luggage."

"Wir hatten die Mini-Villa durch Zufall entdeckt und uns sofort in die Fotos verliebt. Vor Ort sah es genauso toll aus, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben.Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig für uns persönlich war die Bad"tür" - diese besteht aus einem Vorhang - aber das sieht ja jeder unterschiedlich. Wir konnten uns damit trotzdem gut arrangieren. Die Gegend ist wirklich ruhig, Erholung ist also garantiert. Man sollte allerdings generell wissen, dass man mit einem Auto am flexibelsten ist, da die gesamte Stadt Nizza nur bedingt gut im ÖPNV aufgestellt ist.Michel hat uns abends nach zwischenzeitlichen telefonischen Kontakten persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt was es zu wissen gibt.Er hat uns auf unseren Wunsch hin einige Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen gegeben, die wir tatsächlich großteils umsetzen konnten ohne dass der Urlaub in Stress ausarteteBei gegenseitiger Sympathie gibt es auch durchaus einen (oder mehrere) gemeinsame(n) Abend(e).Wir waren mit Michel als Gastgeber rundum glücklich, wir hätten es kaum besser treffen können Wir haben uns am eigentlich letzten Tag spontan für eine weitere Übernachtung entschieden, da die Villa noch frei war, auch dies war problemlos möglich - herzlichen Dank nochmal hierfür! Unser absolutes Highlight war die Bootstour mit ihm am letzten Urlaubstag, diese startet er versuchsweise dieses Jahr."
