“We checked in. And they said we were all set. Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. “The front desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and they were very responsive to any requests I had. I ended up canceling my other hotel reservation to stay another night here, and Heather gave me a discount without me even asking! She saved me $50 and it made the stay even more reasonable and affordable and it already was affordable and you get more than you expect, especially right at the beach.
