**Offseason Weekday Construction Project Ongoing: A parking garage project is currently in progress at Atlantic Dunes, which includes blocking off sections of the ground level parking area under the building. This project requires drilling into the structure of the building with machinery that is very loud and causes some vibration throughout the building. Contractors are working Monday through Friday on this project. Weekend reservations will not be affected by the noise and vibration. This project is expected to be completed by May 15, 2024.

Our family had a great time at NMB and enjoyed our stay at Atlantic dunes. There needs to be some updating done to the bathrooms and kitchen. Hardware in bathrooms were dirty and gross looking and the master bathtub jacuzzi needs to go. It is so high to get in/out of to get a shower, it’s dangerous. Also, the property states it will sleep 12 and it does, however 12 people in that space would be cramped. We had 8 and it was tight but it did not spoil our time! Kitchen is a glassy kitchen and small, deceiving in pics. We would stay there again, maybe just my own family of 4! Thanks for a great visit!!

It worked perfect for everyone. Close to beach and swimming pool. Easy access to each. Proper equipment to rinse off sand. Everyone had their own space. Had a maintenance issue and it was addressed. Highly recommend. Thanks for a wonderful stay and great memories with the family.

Paint and new hardware do not equal renovated. Carpets were disgusting, furniture very cheap (bunk beds EXTREMELY wobbly and honestly felt like they were dangerous), showers moldy. Location great, but very disappointed accommodations did not match description.

Wonderful family beach vacation
This was our first trip for the whole family since all 6 grands have been born. It was a great location. Easy access to beach and the pool was an added plus. We really enjoyed our week. We cooked simple meals instead of going out. Kitchen was well supplied with items needed. There is a large covered area in the middle of complex that gave space to play with the kids out of sun and during brief showers. I would definitely recommend this property and hope we get to visit again in the future.
