Booked a mountain view room but was given a second-floor room facing a shopping strip just 5 feet away, with a side window that couldn’t be covered—resulting in zero privacy. The room also lacked basic amenities on the first night. Staff were not well-trained. Very bad experience.

Lovely pool villa in Moroccan style. Attentive and friendly staff who assisted us promptly and professionally. Good choice for breakfast and went out if those way to adapt to our requests. Afternoon tea was a nice touch. Spa massage was great and in clean environment.
