“This cottage was quite literally perfect in every way! Our hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful while we were traveling from outside of the country to make sure that our stay was even better than advertised. The cottage is cozy, so best for 1-2 people to stay versus 3 or more. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room fire place was perfect for a cold night. The location is unbelievable. “This cottage is a real gem of a find. We had a lovely relaxing week in November in this impeccably renovated and decorated 200 year old cottage which has original features blended with all the modern comforts you could need including underfloor heating and a cosy stove for evenings around the fire. The cottage itself is set in the rolling County Down hills with glimpses of the Mourne Mountains in the distance on winding walks around the quiet roads. We also enjoyed star gazing on the terrace……
