Just back from a 3 night stay. The hotel is beautiful, immaculate & rich in history. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. A mini fridge would have been a great addition. The reception staff, especially Joanna, are fantastic! Nothing is too much trouble, they are so friendly and helpful. The food & drinks are delicious. We had a slight issue with being overcharged on the bar bill, but it was sorted quickly. My only complaint would be that the service could have been a bit quicker, we sat with empty glasses and dirty plates in front of us for a while, but it is a busy place at night. Overall we would recommend and would stay here again

So glad we chose the Titanic Hotel. - its a destination in itself. Staff are warm and welcoming, guest rooms are comfy and the Drawing Room bar is stunning. Set aside some time to explore properly, the hotel is full of hidden gems and history.

We explored the titanic museum. It was only $6 euro cab ride to busy districts. We booked the high tea and loved the experience. We were not rushed and could try all the teas. Thank you for a great memory

The layout, construction, and operation of this hotel is a throw back to the days of the luxury White Star liners. The staff is efficient and attentive, the facility is first rate, and it's proximity to history is amazing. Around every corner there's another pleasant surprise. We spent over an hour just wandering the hallways taking in the beauty and the scope of the renovation needed to bring this hotel to life. This isn't just a place to stay while visiting Belfast....it's an opportunity immerse yourself in the history of Belfast, the Titanic and the industry that made all of this possible.
