"Not worth it. Way over priced! We stayed one night. Staff are very nice. But the place is of a by gone era. Itโs old but not in a charming way. Showers in the onsen are cold and you have to wait for many minutes in order for hot water to come out. The rooms and elevators are old. the outdoor hotspring is on the top floor with no facilities (you have to go downstairs first and shower) and no real view to speak of. The location is on the main drag which is nice. But it should be 1/2 the...

"We had an incredible experience. The property is gorgeous, modern, clean and charming. The internal Japanese garden is a work of art. The staff is wonderful and always available to help. we decide to go back and bring our children with us next time. "

"No wifi inside the room! How come?

"Hotel is connected to Nagano station, which makes it super easy for travel. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Mine had a great view. I also enjoyed the breakfast and service. Highly recommend! "
"Very clean. Very comfortable. The sky deck is probably the best amenity. Especially for breakfast time, you are able to zone out and focus on yourself and breakfast time in general. Breakfast times are appointed so not too many guest arrive at the same time which is a plus.
Extra toothbrushes w/ toothpaste provided, comb, shower cap, razor etc.
Did not have to worry too much about the distance to the nearest tourist attraction/location. Very walkable, but if you get tired, bus stops are at almost every 2 blocks or so. "
