The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming. "The hotel has a very good location, a 20-minute walk to the historic centre of Bolzano. Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Car can be parked for free on the street or for 15€ per day in a locked garage. "

"Easy walk from the train, easy walk to everything we wanted to see. Complimentary Prosecco around the block. Rooms were extremely comfortable and updated. Building itself is historic and beautiful. Rooftop patio with 360 views of mountains and duomo for an evening glass of wine was a highlight. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Everything good, room was lovley , parking simple, view amazing. Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "
