This ocean block gem features a comfortable, beachy feel with recently updated flooring, furniture and decor throughout. During your stay, you'll be within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants and watering holes, but also only a short drive to the convention center, boardwalk and inlet. Property includes a full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans and a drip coffee maker for meals in. WIFI and an outdoor pool included in season. Bedding includes a queen in the master with a twin trundle, and two pyramid bunk beds in the second bedroom. This is a 2nd floor walk-up Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This owner offers a $50 discount on a weekly rental for our military guests and rents any 3 nights throughout the year.
