The location is perfect, so close to white River rafting and ocho Rios. Check out Ocean 11 for a good night out - karaoke 😀 I love Murphy, the host- so chilled and very patient, whatever we needed he was there for us. Yes, the beautiful pool was a surprise for the kids

Nice house

The house is nice but needs a furniture upgrade. The kitchen and bathrooms need some work too. The host is nice she both get in your way. Nice yard space it also have a nice pool too.

I was pleasantly surprised that there was a really nice pool because it’s not listed in amenities. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very safe coming and going late a night. The property grounds are well maintained and the house is well kept and clean. The listing does need to be updated though because it’s listed as a 5 bdrm when in fact the main house only has 3 bdrm which sleeps up to 8 people. There are two one bdrm apartments in back by the pool so we were able to utilize those to accommodate the rest of our party. The one disappointment is the fact that there’s no water at nights between around 10pm to 5am which is highly inconvenient and unsanitary. Apparently it’s a normal occurrence in some parts of the island but if you’re going to operate a vacation rental some sort of solution needs to be put in place. Perhaps a well or emergency water tank, but something. Other than the water issue we had a fantastic time and our hosts were both amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The highlight of our stay was pool, the bar, and the beautiful front yard.

DISGUTING

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES STAY HERE. ITS DIRTY, MOULDY, OUTDATED & SMELLS. THE HOUSE FANS ARE USELESS ONE OF THE BEDROOMS HAD NO CEILING FAN. THE POOL WATER WAS CLOUDY. NO HOUSE KEEPING, USED LAUNDRY SUPPLIES WITHOUT ASKING. WATER KEPT TURNING OFF - PROBABLY BY THE UKNOWN RESIDENTS THAT ALSO LIVE THERE THAT YOUR NOT TOLD ABOUT. CCTV DOES NOT WORK. MOULD LIMESCALE IN KETTLE, GOT EXTRA INSECT BITES FROM THE DIRT & DUST. BOOKED FOR 10 PEOPLE & TRIED JUST GIVING US A 3 BEDROOM HOUSE. THEN TRIED TO GET MORE MONEY FROM US FOR THE OUTTER HOUSE. COMPLAINED TO HOST MS GREY & SHE IGNORED US AFTER HER ERROR & WE REFUSED TO PAY MORE FOR THE OUTTER HOUSE. THE NUMBERS THE HOST GIVES YOU FOR EMERGENCY CONTACT DOES NOT WORK AND IS NOT MURPHY THE SO CALLED HOUSE KEEPER BUT A LADY IN ANOTHER PARISH. THIS PLACE AND THE SERVICE IS VILE, WE LEFT WITH URGENCY. Vrbo - NEEDS TO REMOVE THIS RESIDENCE AS IT IS NOT FIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION & WOULD NOT PASS HEALTHY & SAFETY STANDARDS,
