Oharai-machi Tours

The hotel advertised air conditioning, but the room never cooled properly. It stayed only slightly cooler than outside and remained very humid, making it almost impossible to sleep. I asked the staff to check the AC, and while they said it had been fixed, nothing actually changed. After two almost sleepless nights, the lack of a comfortable room completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable stay in the town. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel if you’re visiting during the warmer months as you will get absolutely no respite from the heat.

I travel 11 hours to Japan, got to the hotel day refuse checking me in

Staff were great, they processed the check-in quickly and without fuss. They were very accommodating and could speak English well enough to help us with our questions. it's a great hotel in a great location. The restaurant only serves breakfast and lunch, but there are many food options around. The bathrooms were modern and clean, there was free tea and coffee. The cons were the beds, a little too hard. There are only 2 elevators and they stop at level 2 no matter what.
