Everything was perfect

The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful. However, when we checked in I appreciate them being thorough to make sure we were who we were in using the credit card, but he proceeded to tell us a safe place to park because people were stealing gas due to the gas prices. Their website advertises free breakfast and a bar. There was no bar. An employee said that it had been closed for approximately a year and there’s no free breakfast because there’s no restaurant. So if you’re looking for just a room, this is your place but make sure you park in a safe area!! The price was not worth the stay!!

Nice and relaxing, friendly staff

The Sparrow is in a great location and is clean and nice. It is a great value. It isn’t luxury but I will stay here again. The bed was so comfy and so were the pillows. I could hear people in the adjoining rooms a few times but overall it was great.

The property was clean, and presented well, but absolutely no warmth. The bell staff was excellent, the front desk seemed to be on their phones for the most part. I inquired about tea/ coffee in the morning, and was directed to a for-profit business. I paid $350.00 and could not get a cup of tea for the road, on property. I stayed the next evening in Jackson Hole, for $130.00 and enjoyed a comparatively lavish coffee bar in the morning. It was fine, but I won't stay there again. $35.00 to park (in Boise).
