Room smelled like sewer. Staff was helpful and got us into a new room. New room was cleaned and smelled way better.

This hotel is so charming. The staff was very attentive. The rooms were very homey and calming. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was incredible. I would stay here every time I come to Boise.

The guest house was the perfect location for my visit. Very close to all the action and great restaurants downtown. The off street parking was appreciated and the property was quiet and secure. I hope to book here again.

The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful. However, when we checked in I appreciate them being thorough to make sure we were who we were in using the credit card, but he proceeded to tell us a safe place to park because people were stealing gas due to the gas prices. Their website advertises free breakfast and a bar. There was no bar. An employee said that it had been closed for approximately a year and there’s no free breakfast because there’s no restaurant. So if you’re looking for just a room, this is your place but make sure you park in a safe area!! The price was not worth the stay!!

I did not have a chance to try breakfast, but the room was clean and nice, and Randy, front desk clerk, was super nice and polite.
