The location is ideal - it is halfway between the tournaments in Cooperstown and Oneonta. Guests especially enjoy dining and relaxing on the open patio above the lake. The enclosed sun room provides the same lake view. This immaculate, well-kept home has a bedroom on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Your host provides 3 single kayaks at their large private dock. There is good fishing and swimming off the dock. Colone Cottage has a spacious level yard for pick up games - unusual for lakefront properties.
