“I was running late in my travel day. The owner called to see if I was ok and stilled planned on arriving the night of my stay. How utterly refreshing! I was two+hours. She turned on the AC and TV to welcome me “home” for the night. Such a nice touch. I was on the road for 2 weeks, primarily in motels for that amazing Americana feel. This motel was the best of the bunch! Comfortable and quiet room. Great shower, too. Thanks KJs! Well done. ”

“Came to Pierre from Yankton SD to celebrate my oldest son's birthday. We were able to cook and have the family together in a very nice setting. Location is great for getting whatever you need while you are there. If you are looking for perfection, it's not for you (it's not a brand new house). But it was great for us, very comfortable and enjoyable. And the host couldn't have been nicer. I suggest calling him if you reserve it, some kind of breakdown between him and the VRBO site.”

“Nice little place with modern appliances, a good shower head, Roku TV, clean, and very well stocked. I arrived on 12/23/23 to a wreath on the door and a lighted and decorated Christmas tree in the living room. We had a blizzard and got snowed in the day after Christmas. Stan, the owner, sent a guy over to shovel out the driveway. He also brought a new shovel to leave at the property which I soon put to use after the snowplows came by and blocked the driveway. Nice place with an even nicer...
