Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. You will not be disappointed nor will you be able to find this level of luxury and convenience anywhere for this price!

Location was amazing! The beach was beautiful and sitting on the patio each morning and e evening was such a great view! But, it needs some updating especially in the second bedroom and bathroom. Things were fairly clean but I think it needs a deep clean. The only other issue was waiting for the elevator but you’re on vacay so just enjoy! The parking pass was a HUGE plus! Great restaurants around the area!

Perfect spot for the beach. Walk right out the boardwalk and that white Sandy beach was there. Our indoor pool and hot tubs were under renovation and we had to go next door, which was an inconvenience. And the maids needed to do a little more cleaning (bathroom drawers and cabinets and under couch), but other than that, it was so very clean. Definately a place to go back to!!

My family and in-laws enjoyed this property for a little weekend getaway. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the view was excellent! The owner’s parking spot was a definite perk; very convenient. The only issue we had was at check in, the code to the door wouldn’t work. I called the customer service number and they had reset within minutes. I would definitely stay at this property again.

This is a great unit. Perfect location, beautiful views, clean and well stocked. The rental agency was also great to work with. We had a little problem with the code not working when we arrived but the reps at the agency, as well as unit maintenance, were awesome and resolved the problem very quickly. Definitely plan to book again.

We had an awesome time! The condo is very convenient to everything you would want in Orange Beach. Communication was excellent. The only negatives were the cleaning crew didn’t do a very thorough job. It was generally clean…but it’s probably been a while since there was a deep clean.

Great vacation experience
This was a great condo with all the amenities you and your family could ask for. Balcony was a favorite spot to relax first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Very easy walk to pools, beach and nearby restaurants if you are in the mood to talk a walk. My 14 and 19 year old already want us to rebook.

Great Building, But Hard to Get Problems Solved
There were some really nice benefits to this condo, but there were also some things that were really frustrating. I'm happy to break down both of them here: The positives are the included covered parking space, which made it easy to come and and go as we pleased. The Phoenix building are popular, which would've made parking tough otherwise. Having a covered spot (with easy access to the elevator) made it really easy to get in and out, keep our vehicle cool, and protect us from having to load/unload in any rain. The view in this condo is also breathtaking. We were even able to see dolphins leaping the surf one morning while sitting out on the balcony and having our breakfast. Condos on lower floors simply don't offer that same view. The floor plan is also convenient for those with children since the extra bedroom is so far away from the living room/master bedroom. Furthermore, the condo is close to the elevator and uses a code rather than a key--a big benefit for days at the pool/beach. Unfortunately, there were some pretty significant downsides to this unit, as well. The condo was pretty filthy when we got there, and we spent the first hour of our stay cleaning. The dining room table hadn't been cleaned, there were old toiletries still left in the shower, and, perhaps most importantly, there were several hard, crusty yellow stains on the master bedroom bedspread. Also, the inside lock was snapped off, meaning there was no way to lock the door from the inside. It made us nervous having the kids so far from us all night and so close to a code-activated door, with no way to lock the door from the inside. The owner gives you a phone number to call if you have any cleanliness or maintenance concerns, but we didn't have much luck using it. We called three times our first night about the lock and the bedspread, but no one ever came. The lock was fixed on our third day at the condo, and we had to sleep without a bedspread for the entire time, as it was never replaced. Lastly, and this is a minor detail, the couch is very worn out and very uncomfortable. That said, we had a fun trip. The Phoenix buildings are very nice, the pool is great, the beach is close, and there's tons to do in the area. We won't be booking with these renters again, but we'd definitely stay in a Phoenix condo again!
