This luxury beachfront condo is located on the 6th floor of Phoenix V and features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 12 (max of 8 adults-we classify adults as anyone over age 12). The keyless entry allows you to get right to your vacation upon arrival without the hassle of check-in. All bedrooms and living area are equipped with Smart-TVs, so you can utilize Satellite Cable or stream your favorites right from your favorite streaming app. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and many extras for you to prepare meals for your group. The dining table comfortably seats 9, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. If you prefer dining with a view, the balcony table seats 6.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, and walk-in shower. Wake up to the beautiful, panoramic views from your floor to ceiling windows and private balcony access. In the second bedroom, there is a queen-sized bed with a shared hall bath. The third bedroom is a dream for the kids with a custom built shark-themed bunk room with two queen beds and two twin beds, sleeping 6. The living room is also equipped with a queen sleeper sofa.

Parking:
Resort fees are charged by the building at $55+tax per vehicle for all vehicles parking on property and may be purchased at the Coastline desk. This unit has a deeded reserved garage space (24), which is situated directly by the elevators for easy access and unpacking. Up to two additional spaces may be purchased for a total of 3. Parking passes are a one-time fee and are valid for the duration of your stay, no matter the length.

Family Thanksgiving Vacation

Excellent property and location! The condo has been updated well and everything was as advertised. The unit was clean, comfortable, and stocked very well, especially the kitchen. This unit will definitely be high on our list for our next trip to Orange Beach.

Very nice condo on clean beach

Well appointed kitchen...only problem we had was terrible elevator service because the complex is re-doing their elevators...hopefully this will be cleared up after renovations. Hosts were good communicators and responded quickly to any request we had. Brand new balcony furniture.

Family getaway

My wife and 2 kids (7&10) go to gulf shores every year with our friends from college and their 2 kids. This is probably the most updated unit we’ve stayed in and good location. We had no complaints and enjoyed our stay.

Loved the condo!

Beautiful unit and amazing hosts!

Unit was amazing and everything was as describes an in the pictures. The kids LOVED the bunk room and the beds were so comfortable. Our hosts were amazing and responded to any messages very quickly. This unit also has the best reserved parking spot! Under the covered parking deck and is the closest parking spot you can get to an entrance door and elevators. We will for sure stay again!

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful updated condo. It was very well appointed, the beds were comfortable the common area was spacious and it accommodated our family of 8 perfectly. The views were amazing, we watched dolphins almost daily and the blue angels flew by once! We collected many shells as well.

Fantastic!!

From the work that Abby did to make our experience flawless to the minute we fell into the comfy bed at the end of the days, it was a fantastic experience. The condo was very clean, just as advertised with everything we needed readily available. Internet was quick and easy. While the condo building exterior could use a little attention, the condo itself had obviously been treated with a great deal of care, nicely appointed and very cozy. The beach was beautiful and the restaurants in the area unbelievable. We’d visit again in a heartbeat.

Great Location and Views

Condo was very clean and well decorated. It had a fully equipped kitchen. The view was awesome. The bonus to this condo is the parking. The reserved space for parking was right next to the elevator. It made unloading and loading the car a breeze. We left all the beach equipment in the car after the day at the beach. Never took it into the condo. Only draw back was the 2nd bedroom and the 3 bedroom got hot at night when sleeping. Fans are provided .

Amazing!

Dont hesitate to rent this property. Absolutely beautiful condo. Perfect location, very close to the water. Splash pad was a hit with the littles. Fully stocked kitchen. The blender was missing but after contacting Abby, she had one delivered right to the door promptly. Master bed was very comfortable. Cant speak for the other beds as i didn't sleep in them but noone who did complained. Plently of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. I would absolutely rent this condo again. Thank you Abby for a fabulous family vacation!

Very beautiful.

The inside of the condo was beautiful. It overlooked the ocean beautifully. I was a little disappointed that the bedding in the kids bedroom was white rather than blue- but that’s the minorest of things. (& mostly just because kids are messy & white shows EVERYTHING) The second bedroom didn’t have much of a view- but honestly, who goes to a condo on the beach to sit inside of a bedroom? It was overall very amazing. In the town area itself, I was expecting more shopping opportunities & more dining- but, one of the places delivered directly to our door & we ate it on the balcony for a date- which was likely more romantic than eating inside any restaurant. 💕

Prime Condo on Orange Beach

This was our 4th trip to Gulf Shores, and this was one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed at! The condo was beautiful and roomy and right on the beach. The property owner and staff on site were very communicate and helpful. The garage parking space right by the elevator was perfect for a family member who needed accessibility. Would highly recommend and stay here again!
