Located on the 3rd floor of Phoenix VI in Orange Beach, AL, this spacious 1 Bed | 1 Bath condominium sleeps four with wonderful amenities and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This Phoenix VI condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple with a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. Two tennis courts await you outside. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're BBQing.

This condo features a master bedroom with king size bed, full size bathroom with shower/tub combination. It has a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances and upgraded granite counter tops. The dining area seats 4 at the table with room for 2 more at the bar. The spacious main living area features a sofa sleeper and 2 swivel chairs with a flat screen TV plus a beautiful view of the beach out of the floor to ceiling glass doors. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo.

Nice Condo, great location!
The condo was nice, clean and very plesant to stay in. with tat being said, we only have a few suggestions.. the couch needs upgraded, swags in the middle pretty bad. The frying pans need replaced, the teflon is peeling off badly. (pots were fine) The other thing is an easy fix. There was only 4 towels and 4 washcloths, 1 hand towel, for the 1 bedroom that sleeps 4. There should have been at least 6 or 8 towels and washcloths and 2 hand towels. No one wants to start doing laundry your first day or two when on vacation. Like I said easy fixes, it is a very nice place.

We are so happy with this stay. The pictures look exactly like the condo. Location is great, we had awesome view of ocean and sunsets . The. I do was clean and looked brand new. Perfect for 2 people, King bed was comfortable. Communication was great with the host. There was a slight issue with the AC and it was fixed the next day since it was a holiday. Quick response time with the questions we had. Would definitely stay there again. We had a great time

We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix VI. We would highly recommend that you give it a try. The only thing we needed to do was to change a few of the burned out lightbulbs in the dining area above the table. We replaced all of them. Thank you very much!

Gorgeous place on gorgeous beach
We had a wonderful time as we always do. The condo is lovely and well equipped for a long stay. The furniture in the living area is comfortable. The bed had been mentioned in earlier reviews but we found it to be comfortable. The kitchen is equipped for eating in the condo. The patio offers wonderful sunrise views! As with most Phoenix properties there is a fitness center and indoor/outdoor pools. My only suggestion is the need for smart TVs in living and bedroom. So much of our entertainment comes from streaming channels so we missed having access. In all, a great place to stay in OB!

Great getaway!
The reservation process was very easy and documented very well. The property was exactly as advertised. Very, very nice indeed! I would definitely stay at this location again. This trip was for our 20th wedding anniversary. I thought it would be difficult to top our honeymoon at Orange Beach 20 years ago, but we definitely made the right decision by staying here! Loved it!

Perfect location!
I have stayed at several properties over the years in this area. Overall the stay was ok. It would be really beneficial for the owners to do some maintenance at this property. The doors on the laundry closet and the bedroom closest were not attached just propped up. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty, I am assuming from the last tenants that rented the space. There was sand in the foldout bed and the sheets needed to be replaced. The location was convenient . The details really make a difference in the space and it needs a little TLC.

The style is cute. I dropped something in bedroom and reached under bed where I saw a metal pot holding up the bed frame. Made a picture, went into kitchen to see if its a matching pot. the paper blackout shade in bedroom window has been used one too many times and needs replacing. The fans blades need cleaning from time to time. Great view.

Great location and view of the gulf
This was a clean very nice, well appointed condo in a great location. A few things would make it much better such as a cross support on the king size bed. Without one, the mattress sags in the middle and we didn't sleep well at all. Second small thing is a better coffee maker with a reusable basket and most importantly an auto-off. I'm lucking we didn't burn the place down the first day. A big plus was a very nice refrigerator with a great ice maker. The beach is beautiful and we had a great trip.

The property was nice but the bed was terrible. It has no support so the middle of the bed folds to the ground. I recommend it to be fixed and the shower curtain was very nasty. Great location though.
